Customer/Lead Opt-In Process:  A restaurant’s management staff will use the online dashboard of Dymos Sales CRM in order to initiate sending an initial opt-in text message to customers and leads. Dymos Sales CRM will prompt the user as shown here in Step1. In Step 2, the customer or lead responds with 1, to indicate “yes”. In Step 3, Dymos Sales CRM responds as shown.
